Permits & Rentals 101
Outdoor special events start with a $45 non-refundable application fee and review takes a minimum of 14 days. Rental fees vary by park location tier (Clusters 1–3). Indoor field house spaces are booked as rentals with the park directly.
How It Works
Apply online
Pick a permit type, choose your park, and answer the type-specific questions — about 10 minutes.
Pay the application fee
The non-refundable application fee is due at submission. Review takes a minimum of 14 days for special events.
Work with your reviewer
The permit team reviews documents and may request more information — respond right from My Permits.
Pay fees & get your permit
Once approved, pay the remaining fees online and your official permit certificate is issued.
Fee Estimator
Fees are transparent before you apply. Special events tier by daily attendance; athletic field use is priced per 2-hour increment by park cluster; filming classes set the per-location fee and deposit.
